Creating Winners in the Workplace is a dynamic 2-Day leadership workshop designed to teach executive management how to motivate their staff effectively without continually giving incentives, which inevitable moves them and does not motivate them. Dr. Mol demonstrates that lowering targets actually leads to higher results, because lowering the goals increases the chance of success. When the staff see that they are going to be successful, it has a powerful motivating effect. Dr. Mol’s radical and bold theory is eye opening and invigorating for many managers as it teaches participants how to stimulate their subordinates pride. Once completed, managers clearly understand that they are there to assist their staff and not the other way around. This is a MUST DO workshop!

This seminar was extremely effective for both parents and teenagers. Teenagers were invited to attend. Dr. Mol addressed the parents on the teenager’s behalf and then separately addressed the teenagers on the parent’s behalf. It was extremely insightful from both perspectives and gave both parent and teen a better understanding of the other’s struggles. At the end, it was evident that the teenagers were thankful and humbled by what they had experienced.
